These interim terms apply to the Ocean Fly website operated by OCEAN FLY TRAVEL SERVICES PTY LTD while our full website and customer booking terms are being prepared. They are not final booking, ticketing or payment terms and may be replaced before those services become available online.
At this stage, the website provides company information and helps visitors prepare travel enquiries as email drafts for review and sending in their own email application.

The information on this website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. We aim to keep it clear and accurate, but travel information, services and availability may change.
Travel Enquiries
The Contact form only prepares an email draft. You need to review and send it in your email application to a valid company address. Preparing a draft does not mean an email has been sent or received by Ocean Fly.
Preparing or sending an enquiry does not create a booking or guarantee a particular fare, room, vehicle or travel service. Any option discussed with our team remains subject to availability, applicable conditions and confirmation.
Pricing and Availability
Fares, accommodation rates and transport options can change and may be subject to taxes, fees, restrictions and supplier conditions. The applicable details will be provided or confirmed before a customer proceeds with a service.
No Online Transactions at This Stage
The current website does not process online bookings, payments or ticket issuance. A booking is not confirmed merely by browsing the website or preparing or sending an enquiry through your email application.
